MFT-West

I initially joined MFT‑West Institute as a senior graphic designer, where I developed core brand‑identity accessories, on‑site posters, and digital banners for the institute’s technology‑focused programs. My work centered on building a cohesive visual system that supported both internal communication and the institute’s online presence, establishing a strong foundation for consistent brand expression across platforms.

Following this, I was promoted to Art Director, leading the evolution of the institute’s visual identity across digital and print media. I directed visual content strategy, collaborated closely with marketing and executive leadership to craft culturally attuned and emotionally resonant narratives, and mentored interdisciplinary interns—many with computer‑science backgrounds—to strengthen their fluency in UI/UX, front‑end fundamentals, and visual communication. I also cultivated a studio culture rooted in ethical design, creative independence, and systems thinking, preparing emerging designers for socially engaged and future‑ready practice.
